In France, fees are freely set between client and lawyer; the firm has a policy of transparency and provides at first request a free no-obligation quote with mission sheet and details of interventions requested, setting a payment schedule.

1. hourly rate

depending on the difficulty of the case and time spent.

2. depending on the outcome

a detailed, written, special clause will be established, provided this is done with regard to the standards of the Paris Bar Association (particularly Article 11 of the RINPA).

3. special fees

for written queries and drafting of documents in Spanish, English or French, creation of companies, drafting and/or negotiating contracts, depending on the difficulty and time spent on the issue.

annual or monthly flat rate

for general legal advice and legal notices.

guarantees and insurance

For the practice of law in France and Spain, the firm has two professional liability insurance policies, as proposed by the Malaga Bar Association and the Paris Bar Association.

The professional liability insurance proposed by the Paris Bar Association, currently signed with the company, Zurich, covers the firm’s liability up to the amount of four million Euros (compulsory insurance). To this must be added the guarantees represented by the compulsory insurance proposed by the Malaga Bar Association for the practice of the profession throughout Spain, amounting to six hundred thousand Euros and other supplements depending on the type of claim (among the highest lawyers’ compulsory insurance policies in Spain), currently signed with the company, Caser Seguros.
